Over-watering your landscape can create just as much damage to your property as not enough.  In fact, most landscape plants don’t like “wet feet”! In the case of heavy rainfall, having storm water sit on top of landscape areas or around structures can quickly lead to significant problems. Our effective surface water management techniques will help move the excess water away from your buildings and landscape.

As part of our comprehensive Irrigation System Maintenance services, we employ a combination of grading, underground pipes, and catch basins to effectively convey water out of the low areas within your landscape. This not only prevents saturation but also ensures that water is spread out more evenly, allowing it to be naturally absorbed into the soil. In areas with more significant water concerns, we can also install a “French Drain,” which is a gravel-filled trench designed to facilitate even more water percolation beneath the surface, effectively redirecting water away from collection areas and promoting a healthy and balanced water distribution throughout your landscape.
