In 1979, James Meinert founded JML with a simple mission: Your Property, Our Commitment. That dedication to service inspired 40 years of steady growth as JML became Western Pennsylvania’s premier landscape management provider.
We are headquartered in a custom-built facility in the Fox Chapel area that serves as our largest hub of activity and serves as our corporate and administrative base. Branch offices in Monroeville and South Fayette Township bracket the Pittsburgh MSA and allow our service delivery teams to be as close as possible to our clients. During peak growing season, our team is nearly 200 landscape professionals strong!
Our modern fleet and specialized landscape machinery incorporate the latest, most efficient technologies to ensure our crews are as productive and safe as possible. Field Management and Service Delivery Personnel adapt to ever-changing circumstances and provide updates and responsive service that our clients have come to expect from us.
In 2019, we joined forces with other landscape industry leaders to become a HeartLand Company.
